Its objective is to improve professional equality between men and women in the workplace in France.


HOW IS THIS INDEX COMPOSED?     

The index is scored on 100 points and calculated based on 5 indicators.

  1. The gender pay gap
  2. The difference in the distribution of individual salary increases
  3. The promotion distribution gap
  4. The number of female employees receiving a salary increase upon return from maternity leave
  5. Parity among the 10 highest remunerations.


WHAT OBLIGATION?     

 If the index is less than 75 points out of 100, the company must set up a 3-year progression plan.
