VIGNAL ABL awarded CAT’s SQEP Platinum certification
VIGNAL ABL plant located in Caen (France) has been awarded for Caterpillar Supplier Quality Excellence Process (SQEP) platinum certification, the highest level of recognition for quality!
VIGNAL ABL USA has also achieved SQEP recertification for the 9th consecutive year.
This is a significant milestone in the relationship between both companies and demonstrates VIGNAL GROUP’s adherence to Caterpillar’s values of Integrity, Teamwork, Excellence, Commitment and Sustainability.
Caterpillar created the Supplier Quality Excellence Process (SQEP) to recognize those suppliers that demonstrate their commitment to excellence, and drive a "zero defects" culture within their organizations. Certification levels include Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum, reflected in order of increasing difficulty. Suppliers are certified through SQEP by meeting or exceeding stringent supplier performance standards, such as product quality and shipping performance, which are measured over the course of a calendar year.
