ABL Light invests in a new dedicated LED workshop
ABL Lights, lighting division of Vignal Lighting Group, recently opened a new workshop that is fully dedicated to the production of led lights.
This investment will strengthen the company capabilities in the development of competitive and reliable Led products and will dramatically increase the production capacity to fulfill the customers demand.
For this new workshop, ABL Lights has integrated all the latest technology to create the safest environment for the assembly of electronic components: ESD protected floor, specific equipment for the operators and a production area with restricted access.
ABL Lights’ commitment is to deliver the best quality to the customers and to increase operators comfort and efficiency. That is why a fully new assembly line has been designed and implemented.
This new line will also reduce the production lead time of more than 30% in order to answer with higher flexibility to the market demand.
Quality excellence is the base line of ABL Lights new process design through a systematic 100% integrated control, insuring proper operations during assembly thanks to monitoring sensors and control cameras.
