Vignal Lighting Group joined the United Nations Global Compact
(UN Global Compact)
Vénissieux, January 12, 2016 ‐ Vignal Lighting Group specialized in designing, manufacturing and marketing of lighting and signalling products and systems for industrial and commercial vehicles announces today its membership in the United Nations Global Compact.
As a signatory of the United Nations Global Compact and consistent with its international development strategy and its policy in favor of sustainable development, Vignal Lighting Group is committed to support and implement the ten Global Compact principles regarding human rights, labour rights, environmental protection and fight against corruption.
In compliance with the directives of the United Unions Global Compact, the Group will submit each year an annual Communication of Progress (Cop) describing the internal efforts used to implement these ten principles.
Jean‐Louis Coutin, President of Vignal Lighting Group, declared : «The company strategy is defined in full agreement with the Corporate Social Responsibility. By signing our adherence to United Nations Global Compact, we mark a new step in our commitment to CSR».
