to TAKE OVER OFOLUX

VIGNAL GROUP announces that it has signed an exclusivity agreement with a view to acquire OFOLUX, a recognized player in lighting solutions for public transport and special vehicles.

Founded nearly 50 years ago, OFOLUX is recognized for its expertise and know-how in the design and production of lighting systems for coaches and buses, ambulances, caravans and motorhomes, as well as other special vehicles. The company has manufacturing facilities in Italy and Mexico that perfectly complement VIGNAL GROUP’s global footprint.

Luca et Cristina Oblatore, the current owners, will continue to actively contribute to OFOLUX’s development within VIGNAL GROUP while remaining at the helm of the company.

This acquisition is fully aligned with VIGNAL GROUP’s development strategy. It will strengthen the Group’s industrial presence in key geographical regions and with strategic customers. It will also create strong product and technology synergies, particularly in the field of vehicle interior lighting, where the Group intends to accelerate its development.

Through this transaction, VIGNAL GROUP is pursuing its ambition to consolidate its leadership in lighting and safety solutions for industrial vehicles while accelerating its international development.
